And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. Luke 2:52 NKJV

There is no greater key to success in life than the favor of God. Favor gets you healed. A gift of healing is a CHARISMATA, a gift of the grace or favor of God. Favor gets you promoted, and makes you successful in business. Favor gives you a happy home life, and blessings all around you. Even under the worst of circumstances, God’s favor can cause you to prosper and be blessed.

But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison. 22 And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph’s hand all the prisoners who were in the prison; whatever they did there, it was his doing. 23 The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph’s authority because the LORD was with him; and whatever he did, the LORD made it prosper. Gen 39:21‑23 NKJV

We read in the Old Testament of the great King David, who prospered and reigned so successfully, and will again lead Israel in the Millennium. Why was King David so blessed, so successful? Was he a perfect man? No, far from it. In fact, even in the midst of his success, he was an adulterer and a murderer. What made David so favored is that he worshiped the Lord with all of his heart, and…he never turned from worshiping the Lord.

Worship is the great key, the open door to the favor of God.

Let my mouth be filled with Your praise and with Your glory all the day. Ps 71:8 NKJV

But I will hope continually and will praise You yet more and more. My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness and Your salvation all the day, for I do not know their limits. Ps 71:14‑15 NKJV

I believe every one who reads this teaching letter loves and worships the true God. And yet we struggle because we only sip from the cup of the favor of God instead of fully drinking down all that God would have for us. The psalmist prayed that his mouth would be filled with the praise of God all the day! That kind of worship, all day long, is how to receive in full measure the favor of God. Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to God from the death cell, and look what happened…can we have a little worship right now?

When you speak or sing in tongues, you praise Him with your spirit. When you thank Him and love on Him in your mother tongue, you praise Him with your soul. Whatever you are facing, praise your way through it. The Lord sets ambushes against the enemy when His people praise Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you to praise ABBA Father and YESHUA your Lord in new and wonderful ways! Hallelujah! His favor is flowing into your life…

Remember, dear ones, we must be about our Father’s business…
