The world always whispers to you – especially if you are a servant of God – that you are inconsequential, that your life is meaningless, that you have accomplished nothing and have no impact. But that is a lie. Consider the young Israelite believer! Enslaved, probably raped and her husband, perhaps even her children, killed by the raiders, yet she still has the love and the courage to witness to her mistress concerning YHWH and His man in Israel. Nameless and faceless, yes! Inconsequential, NO! Your life is inconsequential only if you choose to be inconsequential. Don’t have a meaningless life. Choose love. Choose courage. Choose life, dear one!

HAPPY ANSWERS
And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” Matt 21:22 NKJV
The gap between the promises of God and the experiences of the believers is getting smaller. We are seeing more victories than failures, more promises fulfilled than prayers unanswered, more of the joy of victory than the agony of defeat. It is in this light that we want to examine the great principles of revelation, some of the Spirits’ gifts that give us the great advantage.
For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light. Ps 36:9 NKJV
All life is spirit. The spirit of life indwells every living thing. The spirit of life is a binding, organizing and controlling lifegiving force. It is the reason flocks of birds move as one, same as schools of fish, why animals can cross hundreds of miles of unknown territory to be reunited with their lost masters. It is the means, the working application, behind soul ties that holds marriages and families together. A very special category of the spirit of life is the spirit of man. The spirit of man in the born again one is the home of the Spirit of God.
OBSERVE – QUESTION – HYPOTHESIZE – TEST – ANALYZE – COMMUNICATE
The first two steps in the scientific method is to observe and to formulate questions. In the Willamette Valley there are great flocks of birds. I stand amazed as I observe them fly in flocks that turn and swarm as one. Ever notice whole herds of grazing animals all standing in the same direction? One time I saw over five hundred Canadian geese rise as one from a field and fly to another field. They were not led by a ‘leader bird’ because that would have produced a ripple effect. They rose as one! The question becomes, how did that happen? What is the mechanism or the connection that caused them to move as one?
And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea and perished in the water. Matt 8:32 NKJV
This is where we develop the third step which is the hypothesis or theory that is testable to answer the question. Our hypothesis is that there is an immaterial but very real connection in all those birds that we call the spirit of life. The spirit of life would be a reality within each bird that works with their DNA in a similar fashion to how the spirit of man works with the soul of man. The spirit of life then moves through that whole flock to move together as one. This also accounts for the stragglers that don’t seem to ‘get the message’ immediately or even fly off on their own, because we live in a fallen world where even spirit to spirit communication is not perfect. Are you with me?
Our next steps are testing and analysis. The testing of our hypothesis is against the revealed word of God. If our hypothesis agrees with the Word, then we are on to something. If the Word rejects or contradicts our hypothesis then we reject it as well. Now consider these verses:
And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath (Heb. RUACH- spirit) of life. Gen 7:15 NKJV
All in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit (RUACH) of life, all that was on the dry land, died. Gen 7:22-23 NKJV
Who knows the spirit of the sons of men, which goes upward, and the spirit (RUACH) of the animal, which goes down to the earth? Eccl 3:21-22 NKJV
And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits (RUACH) of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation? Num 16:22 NKJV
I don’t think we can conclusively say that the mechanism of integration of action within species is proven in the Scriptures, at least by these scriptures. But think, for instance, how all the animals came into the Ark? Do you think Noah went and trapped each of them? That would be a bigger miracle than the building of the Ark itself! Or think of Balaam’s donkey! How the spirit of the donkey saw the angel of God, and Balaam didn’t, and how the donkey spoke to Balaam! Occam’s Razor points us to the likelihood of the simplest possible conclusion, that the spirit of life would be a reality within each bird/animal that works with their DNA in a similar fashion to how the spirit of man works with the soul of man, and at times the Spirit of God can move the spirit of life in animals, like He does in your spirit. Are you still with me? This perspective may change what you think about when you sit in your garden, or the next time you see a flock of birds, bless God forever.

Now let’s talk about revelation.
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thess 5:23 KJV
The great advantage of receiving revelation from ABBA is that He knows everything. If we learn to pray, make our specific requests and then listen to what He says, we would see victory after victory because when He speaks, He gives very specific guidance as to how to handle your prayer request. Consider the prayer of Solomon and how God answered.
On that night God appeared to Solomon, and said to him, “Ask! What shall I give you?”
8 And Solomon said to God: “You have shown great mercy to David my father, and have made me king in his place. 9 Now, O Lord God, let Your promise to David my father be established, for You have made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude. 10 Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of Yours?”
11 Then God said to Solomon: “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life — but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king — 12 wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like.” 2 Chron 1:7-12 NKJV
Note the pure heartedness of Solomon. That heart condition is such a key to your faith. This is why when I need healing many times, I will ask the young child of a believer to pray for me, because of their pure hearts, and the fact that they haven’t learned yet that God doesn’t answer prayer (you have to go to Bible college for that lesson!).
Now, how did God speak to Solomon? He spoke to him through the five senses of his spirit. The key to revelation is to understand that you have a spirit, called your heart, through which God speaks. Your mind may say one thing and your heart another. You trust the Lord with all of your heart. Out of your heart, not your mind, come the issues of life. What’s in your heart? It is in your heart that God is working.
The five spiritual senses of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling are valid points through which the Spirit of God moves and directs you. The Holy Spirit dwells in your spirit. The answer is in your heart already. You just must let it come up and out. Speaking in tongues much will help you receive revelation easier because it builds up your faith, burns up the unbelief in your mind and prepares you with the peace of God to receive the great insights of God. I have found so many times that when I lack a clear answer from the Father that if I just pray in tongues until the peace of God comes, then revelation comes as well.
Dear one, we live in a spiritual world. As we become more aware of it, and link our understanding to the Word of God, we will become more sensitive to our Creator God and Father who dwells in us and who speaks to us, as we speak to Him. Happy answers to prayer, dear one. Amen? Love you!
