Speaking in Tongues: Pray in tongues daily for 50 minutes minimum (optional on your sabbath). If you are not able to pray for the full 50 minutes straight, you can break it into two parts of 25 minutes at a time. If you are able, try to pray in tongues daily for 1 hour, this is the intention.
